About Us
Emerging Four is a blog site that was created by four Computer Engineers from the Philippines, namely: Arrel Poblete, Domingo Samontina Jr., John Leonard Imperial and Liezl Asis. They met at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines Graduate School on June 2018 when they started their Masters Degree in Engineering journey.
They developed a strong bond of friendship and shared new experiences together. They work in different companies but they make sure that they communicate with each other consistently.
The site consists of blogs about topics related to their careers and how to step up; their study habits, school memories and ventures; their travel experiences in different places in the Philippines and outside the country; and important life lessons that made them achieve their goals.

Domingo Gaces Samontina, Jr. from Panatao, Claver, Surigao del Norte, Philippines. A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering at Surigao State College of Technology.
He satisfactorily completed the Professional Teacher Certificate Program at the University of Santo Tomas (UST) Manila, Philippines. Currently taking a Master's Degree in Engineering at Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP Manila). ​
Presently partaking the Taiwan Experience Education Program (TEEP@AsiaPlus2019) of the Taiwan's Ministry of Education (MOE) at the National Sun Yat-sen University, Kaohsiung City, Taiwan.

MINGAE
Leonard Imperial took his Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering at the Bicol University.

He is working as a developer in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company.
​
He is also taking Master of Science in Engineering at Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
LEONARD
Liezl Asis is a Computer Engineer from Makati. She grew up in Bulusan, Sorsogon. She is currently working as a DevOps Engineer in a multinational bank.
She completed her Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering degree at the Technological Institute of the Philippines. She is currently taking a Master of Science in Engineering degree at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines Graduate School.
Liezl is a big Taylor Swift fan and listens to her songs all day.
LIEZL
Arrel Poblete is a software developer with two years of experience working with a telecommunication company.
He has developed and involved in software projects ranging from web backend, APIs, and web frontend.
He completed his bachelor's degree in Science in Computer Engineering at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines - Manila. He is currently taking a Master's degree a year later at the same university.
